The associate had knowledge and was great. I actually did a review on Google about her. I was told by the associate that instead of having two separate delivery dates that I could wait and have all of my furniture that I purchased come on one day. Today is the day that my second delivery has come and I was at work so I did not realize that two Bunkie boards that should have gone under my children’s mattresses are currently under my beds, motorized base, my mattress that was delivered on the 11th that I was told not to open, is still sitting in the plastic against my wall, and the base only half works. I am not satisfied, nor will I ever, ever, ever recommend Ashley, home furniture to anyone I know. I called to ask about someone coming back to remove the Bunkie boards from under this motorized base and to actually open the mattress that I was informed that I should not open and I am told that the earliest that someone can come assist me with their mess up would be next Tuesday or Wednesday and here. Today is Thursday. I have already gone back-and-forth with this company for close to a month now pertaining my order and this is horrible customer service

Same experience with twin bases not working and Ashley not doing anything to correct starting day of delivery- breaching the 72 hour commitment on contract. These stores are franchises so all the confusion when they have you call 800 number who has you call the store, than the store says no manager. Their business model is terrible.
